Mentor Schools Levy Info Meeting

All community members & registered voters are encouraged to attend an informative session on Tuesday, October 20th at 6 PM in the Gallery.


The Mentor Public Schools Superintendent, Craig Heath, will share facts about the current levy proposed for the upcoming election. Cookies and coffee provided!

Treat Street

Join us on Saturday, October 17th for our annual trunk-or-treat, TREAT STREET! This is a community event open to ALL! Invite friends, family, and neighbors! Enjoy trick-or-treating, games, photo booth, and a family-friendly haunted house here at Mentor UMC.

TRUNKER
Decorate your trunk and hand out candy at this year’s trunk-or-treat! Sign up online here before the spots are gone.

HAUNTED HOUSE
If you are a Youth or Young Adult who would like to help with the Haunted House, reach out to Mackalyn Figgins. We will begin set up the day before on Friday, October 16th.

Gingerbread Arts & Craft Show 2026

Mentor United Methodist Women of Faith invite you to the Annual Gingerbread House Arts & Craft Show on Friday, November 6th (4 PM to 8 PM) and Saturday, November 7th (10 AM to 3 PM). All proceeds benefit local, national & international UMWF mission projects.

VOLUNTEERING
We need you! Volunteer to help set up throughout the week, assist during the sale, or clean up afterward. To volunteer, pick up a slip in the Info Hub, fill out, then drop off to the Main Office OR sign up online here.


DONATIONS
ATTIC TREASURES
Now’s your chance to do some cleaning out before the holidays. We are looking for donations of small appliances, pots & pans, bakeware, kitchen items, knick-knacks, crystal, dishes, jewelry, etc. (It’s like a mini-rummage sale). Bring your items to the church the week of November 2nd.

COUNTRY CUPBOARD
Keep us in mind as you gather in your fall harvest and prepare home pickles, jellies, applesauce, etc. Donations of homemade baked goods, snacks, candies or any of your homemade specialties are needed. Items can be left in the church kitchen beginning Wednesday, November 4th.

MUM Women of Faith CRAFT ROOM
Your donations of handmade arts & crafts – ornaments, wreaths, knitted/crocheted items, potholders, table runners, etc. Whatever your talent is. Donations can be brought to the church the week of November 2nd.

Bread, Broth, Brownies, & Bingo October 14th

Please join United Women in Faith for another 4B luncheon! The October menu will feature tomato bisque soup, 5 cheese garlic bread, salad, and chocolate brownies with candy corn on top.


After lunch, Janice Silvaroli from Birthright will share about their mission in our community. You are invited to help support Birthright by bringing one or more health essentials (new items only please): diapers, pull-ups, baby wipes, baby soap, baby shampoo. There will be an opportunity to offer a monetary gift as well.

Chapel Worship 2026-2027

Join us at Mentor UMC on Sunday mornings for Chapel worship at 9:15 AM. This is a great service for early risers who enjoy the traditional style of worship with liturgy and hymns. The sermons for this service will be streamed into the Chapel from the 9 AM service. All other elements are live and in person.
