Lenten Missions
During this season of Lent we highlight our Food Ministry which seeks to provide meals and food to those in our community. We are always taking donations of various and specific items for our Pantry. A list can be found here as well as information on how to get involved in this month’s More Than a Meal on March 25. Please reach out to the church office or check out our Information Hub for more.
Lenten Studies
Lent is a great time to begin a new study or focus in your Journey group. If you don’t have a Journey Group, you can click here to see if there is one you can join or if you’d like to start your own!
Devotionals
Upper Room and Daily Bread devotionals are available for March/April in the church office, Narthex, and in Fellowship Hall. $1 donations are appreciated.
Youth
Youth (grades 7-12) are welcome to join us in the Youth room from 10:10 to 10:50 AM every Sunday morning at MUMC. There will also be a Youth Easter party, details to come.
Families
There are fun activities for Families to do together this Lenten season by using Faithful Families for Lent, Easter, & Resurrection by Traci Smith (we also used this book last year). If you do not have a copy, please contact Tammy Palermo (tpalermo@mentorumc.org). While doing this activity, it would be fun if you shared photos and/or your experience with Tammy either through email or social media. As a community of faith, it is important that we remain connected. The schedule is below:
