The Great Commission: Informational Meeting

Haunted Winery in Geneva

Bring money for food & drink (adults may CHOOSE to drink but MUMC is not liable for individuals actions nor is poor/excessive behavior encouraged)

Open Table: Monthly Dinners

NEW! This monthly event is open to all and FREE! Join us in the Gallery at MUMC for food, fellowship, and fun from 5:30 to 7 PM every second Thursday of the month beginning September 11th. RSVP online here.

Thursday, September 11th: “Baseball Night”

Enjoy a Hot Dog bar with toppings, Chips, carrots & celery with ranch dip, ice cream cups with wooden spoons, popcorn on the tables, Gluten free buns, vegetarian hot dog.

Thursday, October 9th: “Fruits of the Spirit”

Enjoy a Burrito Bowl and taste testing various fruits connecting to each virtue of the Fruit of the Spirit. These virtues are: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Thursday, November 13th: “Friendsgiving”

Enjoy Pizza, salad, and Charlie Brown Thanksgiving dinner on the tables (buttered toast, popcorn, pretzel sticks, and jelly beans).

Charles Wright Day Trip

Join Pastor Tammy and others on a day trip to the Charles Wright Museum in Detroit on Saturday, November 1st. We will meet at Mentor UMC at 7:15 AM, leave at 7:30 AM, and arrive around 10:50 AM at the Charles Wright Museum. Please bring a packed lunch to eat prior to touring the museum starting at 11:45 AM. We will leave the museum at 3:00 PM arrive approximately at 6:20 PM at Mentor UMC. RSVP online here.

Support Project Prayer Sanctuary

Your support is needed! One of our students, Jack Cuff, is raising money for a project through the Eagle Scouts to build a Prayer Sanctuary at Mentor UMC. The money raised would go directly toward the purchases of material for the project, and any additional funds will go directly towards the needs of the church. Back to School Bash

This free afternoon of fun will be on Saturday, August 23rd from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. We will have Pelican Snow Cones along with an inflatable bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, and dunk tank.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Pastor Tammy has games for people to run, or you can just be present to show hospitality towards those attending. The idea is to share the love of Jesus with anyone who attends. Yoga Night

All are welcome to join us for a Mentor United Methodist Church x Sunshine Yoga Night on Monday, August 11th @ 6:30 PM. Join us to experience how yoga, meditation, and breath prayers can support your emotional and physical well-being! Chairs will be available for those who need them. This is a FREE evening of yoga.
