The renovations are focused on lighting, a new media booth, floors, paint, and chairs and would be done in PHASES. The main flow and purpose of the room will not change. You can also view the plans below and fill out a Google Form to share your thoughts. Reminder that these are just ideas, nothing final. There is no definitive timeline or cost as of now.

Applications are open for 2023 Scholarships. Please have yours COMPLETELY filled out and submitted by Friday, April 21 at 2:00 PM.
By the generosity of the Gifts, Endowments and Memorials Committee, the Mentor United Methodist Church will award annual scholarships for the purpose of encouraging outstanding students to continue their education beyond high school. The scholarships fulfill an objective that moves our congregation closer to the mission of Mentor United Methodist Church.
KNOW the love of God in Jesus Christ; GROW in their love for God; SHOW God’s love by serving others. This PATH of Discipleship will result in a church that lives out Christ-like qualities and helps transform communities. The scholarship is only open to any student who has been a member of Mentor United Methodist Church for at least one year. The student must be a high school senior, a student enrolled in an accredited vocational school, university or college undergraduate program, or a student enrolled in seminary. Selection of recipients is made without regard to gender or race. Students may receive up to four scholarship awards depending on availability of funds.
The scholarship committee bases its decisions on GPA, leadership ability, extracurricular involvement (including work), church and community service activities, essay and recommendation. The committee assumes that all post secondary students need financial assistance. If there is an unusual financial need, please attach a letter explaining the situation.
Apply here or view the form below.
